When a user already connects but then changes bank credentials, does the user need to reverify?
Yes, the connection to the bank account has to be re-established by the end-user. However, if the same destination bank account is used, this customer will not be affected by the cool down period again and therefore can make a payment immediately. if the end user changes their password, we handle it by asking for the new password during the payment initiation flow. No additional work needs to be handled by TPP.
