Payment source: "destination for payment source already exists"

This means the payment_destination is already a beneficiary for the payment source, you can check this using the get payment sources call on the API (Get all Payment Sources for Customer)

A customer can only link their bank credentials once to your integration. It will link all available accounts for that customer.
