Many banks in the UAE have a beneficiary cool down period, is there a workaround to avoid this?

Unfortunately, Lean cannot bypass cool-down periods set by banks. During the bank connection, we notify both you and your user of the cool-down period and notify you when the cool-down period is over via a webhook. 

Cool-down periods range from 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the bank. During this time the sender will either not be able to make a transfer to the beneficiary or will experience a limited capacity when making the transfer.
