Do I still have access to Mockbank after I moved to the production environment ?

Yes, when you get production access you will be given a whole new application. You can toggle between your sandbox and production application from the developer dashboard. 

Your sandbox application will continue to allow you to connect to mock banks with mock users whereas the production application will allow you to connect to real banks for your production environment and real customers!
