ENBD X In-App Notification for Approval Issue

If you're customers are experiencing issues with receiving notifications from the ENBD banking app during the account linking process, please share these steps to troubleshoot the problem.

Steps to Resolve Notification Issues

  1. Enable Notifications: Ensure that notifications are enabled for the ENBD banking app on your device.

  2. Keep the App Open: Keep the ENBD app open in the background during the linking process.

  3. Check Activities Section: If the notification does not appear, open and log into the ENBD app and navigate to the Activities section to check for any pending actions.

  4. Contact ENBD Support: If issues persist, contact ENBD directly as this may be an ongoing issue on the bank's side.

  5. Update the App: Ensure your ENBD app is updated to the latest version and attempt the steps again.
