In your list of banks you have an option that says “my bank is not listed here” - What is this for?

Great question! This flow allows users to identify which bank they are with and we send an event to our platform to fetch & track this statistic (it helps us with prioritising new banks on the platform).

We also send the details back in a callback so that you can track which banks require support from your users.

Unfortunately our event tracking isn't open to third parties.
