If you’re having trouble connecting your bank account or your loan application wasn’t approved, Lean won’t be able to help you directly.
Why can’t Lean support me directly?
Lean provides the technology that powers bank connections and financial services inside other apps. We don’t offer services directly to end-users, and we don’t have access to your personal account or application details.
For security, privacy, and regulatory reasons, Lean cannot:
Access your personal or banking information
Fix issues inside a specific app
Review, approve, or change loan decisions
I can’t link my bank account. What should I do?

Check your account and connection status
Help you complete the required steps
Contact Lean on your behalf if technical support is needed
My loan application was rejected. Can Lean help?
No. Loan approvals and rejections are handled entirely by the app or financial service you applied through. Lean does not make credit decisions and cannot review or override them.
